Cancellations

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey (accessories only), New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania (accessories only), Texas, and Washington. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

Returns

Julia Farr LLC will accept merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.  Web returns can be returned back to their original form of purchase.  We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.  All sale items 50% or more are final sale.  

Upon receipt of returned goods, Julia Farr reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

Standard shipping:  $12.00

Second day shipping:  $24.00

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Julia Farr will provide a pre-paid Federal Express or UPS shipping label to expedite the return. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please call 202-364-FARR (3277) or email: orders@juliafarrdc.com  

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the item to the above address for refund and place a new order. 

In-Store Returns

Items purchased on the website may be returned to the Julia Farr boutique.
