Cancellations
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey (accessories only), New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania (accessories only), Texas, and Washington. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
Returns
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Julia Farr reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Julia Farr will provide a pre-paid Federal Express shipping label to expedite the return. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please call 202-364-FARR (3277) or email: julia@juliafarrdc.com.
Exchanges
We cannot automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order. You may place your reorder at any time.
In-Store Returns
Items purchased on the website may be returned to the Julia Farr boutique.
